This so called attorney should be disbarred!! I’m still suffering from a divorce, that this man handled. First, every time he appeared in court, he was late and unprepared. Second, he never depositioned my ex-wife. Every time I asked him, his answer was. I don’t know. Third, just before the trial, he... left me, to go skiing in Italy and had another lawyer, who knew nothing about my case take care of it. The end result was. I had to pay 9 yrs alimony and child support. 2950.00 per month. I only make 110k a year. I now was put in section 8, because Mr. Lenihan got his license from a Cracker Jack box. After getting screwed so badly by this man. I’ve decided to investigate. I spoke to many lawyers who know him. They all said, he is horrible. I also spoke to some judges who know him. They all said that he has a habit of being unprepared. Stay away from him. He couldn’t get you out of a parking ticket.

My experience with Mr. Lenihan and his staff have been and is always a pleasure. He has represented me in some civil disputes in the past and I have never had any inconvenience with his services. He is very kind, friendly, and very ethical professional. He is representing me on a new civil litigatio...n.
