Ashley R. Kersting

I am a Partner at Miller Zeiderman & Wiederkehr, LLP, where I concentrate my practice in matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, equitable distribution, post-judgment litigation, and complex financial disputes.

I graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2016 and earned my undergraduate degree, also cum laude, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I am a Certified Financial Litigator through the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators, providing me with advanced training in the financial issues that frequently arise in divorce and family law litigation. In 2019, I completed the Family Law Trial Advocacy Program through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in conjunction with the American Bar Association to further develop and refine my courtroom advocacy skills.

Before entering the legal profession, I proudly served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Sergeant and receiving multiple commendations and distinguished awards. The discipline, leadership, determination, and commitment to excellence that defined my military service continue to guide my approach to the practice of law today.
