Thoughtful and thorough estate planning

Adam was personable, thoughtful, and patient with my husband and I as we worked through the details of our last will and testament and other estate documents. He offered great guidance and examples and entertained our many questions! In the end, we feel secure in the documents we created--and within ...a very rapidly changing landscape as well! Adam provided up to the minute guidance during the pandemic, which helped us to think clearly about possible implications of our documents in this new and different time. We highly recommend Adam!

Assistance with an issue for transferring Medicaid benefits from NYC to Upstate NY for a relative.&

We consulted with Mr. Halper to assist in transferring our mom's Medicaid benefits from NYC to upstate NY after my dad just passed away. It was a very challenging because both Medicaid offices were not being very cooperative. He provided frank, timely and highly relevant advice in helping us to res...olve this matter. Thank you.
