1. This lawyer quoted me one price then right before closing charged me twice the amount. I called 2 other/separate real estate lawyers and they both told me that what he claimed the extra charges were for was not standard practice. 2. He/His Paralegal made mistakes on my paperwork. Mistakes happ...en but when I asked him to fix these mistakes he acted annoyed and was very short with me. He then never followed through with any of the corrections that he promised that would made on the "final paperwork". In my experience with Matt Roach I found him to be unethical, rude and not competent. I hope that this review will help other consumers be better informed about this lawyer.
