Very Impersonal - very impressed with himself
We talked to David about a real estate closing we were doing. He was very cold and impersonal, interrupted us a few times to ask questions we already answered, and was more interested in telling us his fees and how great he was instead of how he could help us. We went else wear. Pretty much a waste
