Michael Joseph Crowley

I was struck by a car as I was standing on a sidewalk in front of a small business. The driver was an elderly woman. I hired Michael Crowley to represent me in seeking compensation for medical expenses, and pain and suffering. He estimated a settlement of $100,000. He claimed to have pursued the case... with the driver's insurance company. After 2 years he pressed me with $15,000, and no written record of his time or funds from the insurance company or defendant. Additionally, he claimed the defendant had recently died so the case could not be pursued. Several months later the defendant was found living in the same community.
