Leslie represented us for a very complicated sale of our Co-op. The Co-op's attorney is notoriously difficult, going radio silent for weeks and then popping up with a last-minute need. Leslie stayed on top of them and helped make sure we handled any needs immediately to prevent the process from being... delayed any further. She helped mitigate the headaches of the process extremely well. There was even an 11th hour issue with the co-op's attorney not having any checks left at the time of our closing, and she worked with the buyer's attorney to resolve the issue without impacting us further.
