An experienced advocate
Alvin is always there when you need him, morning noon and night, even before the advent of cell phones. He's an experienced developer's lawyers as well as an expert on the financing side. They don't make many Alvin Sarters anymore. Too bad he stopped practicing law and wenty over to the business...
