I want to start off by saying I almost didn’t hire Randi after I read the review below. I am SO happy I didn’t listen to that review as Randi and get yearn are simply the BEST! Randi far exceeded my expectations as an attorney. She even helped negotiate part of my deal and did a phenomenal job (even ...though that’s not her job). I was always able to reach her through text or phone directly, she let me ask every single dumb question I had without making me feel stupid, and lastly she’s a shark which you always want in an attorney (a nice shark). I cant say enough good things about Randi and her team! Don’t think twice about hiring them.

I have used Randie on both my sale and purchase. I am blown away with the time and details and effort she and her wonderful staff put in to my transactions. She always took our calls and like many attorneys do not do- provided her cell, worked on my deals at night and even weekends! This is a experi...enced, buttoned up attorney!!

It was a bad choice to use Randie. Spoke to her on the phone for the 1st time in 3 1/2 months on the Closing day that the time was delayed. They do not return most calls and answer only some emails. Strictly an e-mail business. They Scheduled 2 closing dates without checking my availability or my... Mover's. The Closing date had to be changed. Made one request at the end which was never done and I took care of it after move-in. Randie gave much of my File work to her Associate and the Receptionist. Avoid.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Randie Paterno's professionalism, legal knowledge, dedication and commitment to serve and advocate for her clients. Selling your home after 25 years can be a difficult and unnerving experience with unexpected twists and turns. Randie is able to calmly nav...igate every bump in the road giving you sound advice to make the right decisions. The attorney for our buyers was extremely difficult, unprofessional and at times needlessly rude. Several times his behavior could have destroyed the deal. It was Randie who kept us sane and cool. Every call was answered, every concern addressed. She goes way beyond what other lawyers will do for an extremely reasonable fee that doesn't compensate the full extent of her contributions. She also has a wicked sense of humor to remind all of us that this is a real estate deal, not nuclear war!! We would hire her again and again. She comes with our HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Randie as our attorney. We used Randie not once, not twice, but three times in the last year for a home purchase, sale and another home purchase. Each time Randie was completely accessible and responsive, and eager to provide helpful advice and guidance to make ...sure our needs were met every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable, and was quick to spot any potential issues and resolve them quickly. She went above and beyond our expectations. We could not have asked for a better advocate – she not only provided us with professional advice, but also emotional support! I felt confident she always had our best interest in mind (whether we were the purchaser or seller) and we completely trusted her to negotiate the best terms possible on our behalf. She is also a pleasure to work with and is well respected in the local real estate industry which helped make our transactions smooth from contract to closing. She has a way of making you feel calm and reassured during what could otherwise be a very stressful experience. Whether you are buying or selling, I would recommend Randie without hesitation to be your lawyer.
