Jennifer is an awesome real estate attorney. I've hired her on three separate occasions, each time she was proactive, highly communicative, and efficient. When the lawyer representing the buyer/seller couldn't get information from management agencies in a timely fashion, Jenn got the necessary inform...ation the same day. I made the awful mistake of using another lawyer for selling my co-op. The process was moving incredibly slowly, my attorney wouldn't answer my calls, texts, or emails, and it was relayed to me from my realtor that the management agency was to blame. When I discovered that it was, indeed, my attorney, I quickly retained Jenn to take things over. Less than 24-hours later, she had the closing scheduled and kept all parties informed. She charges a reasonable fee ("going rate" -- not exorbitant like some attorneys). I will sing her praises forever and ever! Look nowhere else -- she's awesome!!
