my brothers and i had an uncle pass away in new york and we are spread out in diff. states. i called todd's firm and he said that they could do a fee of the inhertiance. which was great for us, we didn't have the money to pay an hourly fee. it went quite longer than we expected. we did finally come t...o a settlement 3 different times which i did agree on because of the whole net / gross amount. i gave him only 2 stars because he never said the amount we were getting was before he took his fee's. i know it was in the paper work, but i just thought that when he said you will get x amount of money that he was giving us the net amount. so we we were happy. the day that it was finally over we find out we were not getting the amount he said.

We had a rather difficult case to handle, as our son passed away in New York (resident) and we reside in Wisconsin. Channeling our way through probate was proving to be nearly impossible. Having Todd Fishline recommended to us was what saved us. He was a very good listener to all we were going th...rough. He took control of all of the difficulties we were encountering and kept us informed along the way. It especially meant a lot to us that he was such a good listener, as we were going through such a difficult time. My husband and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer to handle probate.

I have wrote a review at an earlier date. I was completely wrong on almost everything I said about his work. He is an excellent attorney, He keeps me informed on all the moves he makes in my case. He makes copies of all the papers that I have asked for. He is staying on top of everything and does all... his work in a timely fashion. His practice is very good, and I would recommend him as an attorney to anyone who is looking for that kind of lawyer. I can't say enough good things about him to extinguish the untrue things I said in an earlier review. I apologize for any misunderstandings that anyone who read that , might have taken as a truth. He is a good lawyer, and his word is gold when he speaks. My case that he is working on is going on as well as it possibly could, and he is in charge of all of it. I trust his Judgement in all he does.
