Paolo Conte

As a Successful 30 year NYS Licensed Realtor, I always advise my clients upon initial purchase of a home to have life insurance to at least cover mortgage and burial expenses and prepare a Will and/or Trust to avoid lengthy probate in case of the unexpected sale of that home. I finally took my own ad...vice and upon investigating the proper attorney and recommendations , I chose Paolo Conte. Paolo came to our home in Riverdale and spent the time we needed to understand the process of Wills and Trust. After this quite lengthy time with us and determining his fees, we hired him on the spot ( just had a good sense ) We were not disappointed, after lengthy emails and discussions Paolo transformed our requests into the legal language necessary to create the proper Wills and Trusts we desired. I must say this was not easy for him , because we went 3 Generations deep with multiple disbursement of our funds not only for our present family but also future family members that might be born. This was all accomplished through Wills and Trusts that Paolo created to insure our families financial security and insure our future welfare. Magically this was signed sealed and delivered in a very timely fashion to us, and one in which Paolo explained to our children as well. So what do we think of Paolo Conte, just ask the 2 more families I just recommended and are using Paolo Conte , just in the last 2 months since Dec, 2018 when our Wills & Trusts were completed. Through, knowledgeable, smart enough to investigate if not sure, patient, hand holding and just a nice Guy - I guess those are the best ways to describe Paolo Conte , our lawyer for generations upon generation to come.
