I met Mr. Conte at a fundraiser years ago not knowing that I would be in need of his services. There were changes in my circumstances and I needed to update my will and prepare a trust. Paolo is the master with elder law, wills and trusts. He is patient and easy to understand. He spent plenty of time with my mother and I explaining our options and it was a very comfortable process. As a Successful 30 year NYS Licensed Realtor, I always advise my clients upon initial purchase of a home to have life insurance to at least cover mortgage and burial expenses and prepare a Will and/or Trust to avoid lengthy probate in case of the unexpected sale of that home.
