In my experience, many divorcing spouses want to protect their families, to conserve their assets, and to try to prevent the divorce from destroying their positive feelings for one another. I am pleased to dedicate my career to processes that share these worthy goals.

I have seen firsthand how mediation and collaborative divorce can assist couples in moving forward with their futures without sacrificing the most important pieces of their past. After a career as a litigator, I now proudly practice collaborative law and mediation exclusively. I cannot overstate how satisfying it is for me to assist clients who aspire to manage their divorces in ways that genuinely reflect their values and goals. I have found that my clients value my litigation background both for the substantive experience I can offer and for the perspective I can provide about the differences between traditional litigation and the collaborative process.
