This is not an attorney you need if you have problems with tenants. He may have the gift of gab but all he wants is to milk your money . He will put off a case unnecesarily just to make more money from you. He does not get back to you when he is suppose to. He will use a certain process server that i...s well known to mess up a clients case. Forms do not get filed on time. He will not send you your stipulation or anything you ask him or his office for. This attorney is just a plain mess and shouldn't be in the this field anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!

This attorney is the worst!!! I would never use him again. A friend of mine referred him to me and he messed up my case. The process Server I heard was the secretaries son, who obviously doesnt go out and serve the papers properly. They always do an affadavit of serve but they never find a body to s...erve they always just sent in the mail. He doesnt go after the tenant for the money that's owed for the landlord but yet he wants his money in cash before any case is done and if you owe him money he will make it the point to point that out to you in open court!!!!!!!!!!!!
