Horrible!!!! He will never call you back do any leg work what so ever just showed up to court let the other lawyer do all the talking & just went with whatever he Said. Lied to the judge about motions he said he would file that were very important & kept saying he would months apart. I did most of ...my own leg work on getting documents setting things up but funny how he never answered one email yet the bills came weekly. Also had the staff run constant interference for him saying everytime I'd call which was not often he's in " depositions court or meetings " then I'd hear his big mouth in the background. Another attorney told me he screwed my case so badly it would take a lot of time & $$ to " unscrew up his mess" even have proof he discussed me w/ another attorney. The opposing counsel said at every hearing he never answered any of his calls or emails right in open court. It was embarrassing. Also took him 4 months to file a divorce which he convinced me to file in the first place! No clue what I was billed for when he showed up to 2 hearings. Even had it dragged on as he couldn't make the next one so it got put off 2 months. Again couldn't file one simple motion but the bills for phantom things came in like clockwork. Lied he made appts w/ people that do not exist ! Another criminal d.a. that changes jobs & does " odd ball " law. He " does" civil divorce custody criminal real estate. Also stay away from sayegh & sayegh the staff lies & runs constant interference. I even called the founder who even said " report him to the bar " once the mess I'm in is resolved I will. Hire a lawyer from westchester b/c most of these lawyers that work in dutchess are a click that will trash u when u fire them as your next lawyer will most assuredly contact them for your files. Thankfully he did nothing so I have all my files anyway. My spouse missed a visit & the director of the place emailed him a week after I did to complain & it took him 2 weeks total to even respond. Whats sad is these lawyers should be not only thrilled to get work but esp with a person paying them a lot of money & entrusting their life to them they should want to do a good job. Sadly I've found so many reviews that are similar to mine when I thoroughly researched attorney 's & all the same " put on a show for the retainer then they do zero prep work in between appearances. Run from him & sayegh & sayegh
