Peter John Morris

Peter J. Morris is a trial lawyer focusing on all areas of civil litigation. He has tried cases to verdict throughout New York and argued numerous appeals in the Appellate Courts.

Mr. Morris is a graduate of Fordham University and Loyola University School of Law. As a tireless advocate for his clients, he seeks the best result on all claims involving general liability, Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6), construction accidents, indemnity and contribution claims, car accidents, slip/trip and fall, products liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice. Outside of the office, I am the proud father of three and enjoy cooking New Orleans Cajun and Creole cuisine.
