John was incredibly thorough in understanding my case and addressing my concerns about the process. He was always available and was extremely knowledge...able about all the intricacies of the Westchester legal system. He 100% was disinterested in listening to my case and rushed me while inquiring for aid FOR THE FIRST TIME. If your job is to help the public, act like it. A compet...ent lawyer would listen to every detail to discern discrepancies, but no, I was a burden to him. Seriously, absolutely atrocious and degrading services
