Now let me start with this was my 2nd DUI Charge yet the first time I hired Raimondo. Was charged with 1192-3 meaning I refused to blow into the breathalyzer which NY State law automatically suspends your license for 1 year. Well not with Raimondo. He presented a tiny era in the police report in refe...rence how the police wrote down the knowledge of me refusing. And the judge decided not to suspend my license during arraignment. WOW!! This is unheard of. Right from the start I knew I had someone special that will defend me. Several more court dates with in the 3-4 months Raimondo ask for the charges to be dropped to a 1192.1. Mind you this is my 2nd offense so to get the same outcome as my 1st offense is also a long shot and unheard of. But Raimondo delivered. I’m highly happy the way I was represented. He’s the real deal. Anytime I called he’s responded. He cares to know the person he’s representing. Im grateful to be represented by Raimondo

Let me start by saying, take a deep breath, you will get through this. I fully understand the feeling of shame and desperation in having to confront any sort of legal issue. I can assure you that you have come to the right place and those feelings will eventually fade. Take it one day at a time. ... There are lawyers who sugarcoat and others who fear monger you into hiring them. Beware! But John is none of those things. John is very direct and is about taking care of business. At the same time he is very caring and works very hard to get you the best possible outcome. Every situation is different and you should not have false hope — but in my situation, he got what could have been a very complicated case (DUI) dismissed. I was very fortunate to have found john. He is extremely busy but always finds time to connect and answer any questions. Even on Sunday nights! Hiring a lawyer can be expensive but john offers very competitive pricing. Quite frankly, he should charge more after seeing him in action. During my case proceedings, I witnessed other lawyers who could care less about their clients, some of which I even spoke to during my research. And those guys were charging me way more than john. I got very lucky finding him. I appreciate everything he did for me and I can assure you he is the right person for your case. I am happy to have met him even though it was under unfortunate circumstances. Everyone has 20/20 vision in retrospect and I can assure you that I made the best decision hiring him and so will you. John is the man! Good luck with the process, take care of yourself, and remember, it will go away eventually.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Mr. Raimondo gave a sense of hope in my case from the time I met him to even after the case was over. He was very professional, understanding, and dedicated to what he does. Throughout it all, Mr. Raimondo gave me advice that I took along with me to turn my life arou...nd and I couldn’t thank him enough. I would highly recommend Mr. Raimondo, as he is a great lawyer.

He 100% was disinterested in listening to my case and rushed me while inquiring for aid FOR THE FIRST TIME. If your job is to help the public, act like it. A compet...ent lawyer would listen to every detail to discern discrepancies, but no, I was a burden to him. Seriously, absolutely atrocious and degrading services
