My experience with Jhon Raimundo was undeniable the best representation anyone in DWI trouble can have. After talking to many lawyers I knew he was the one. No better outcome Jhon could have gotten for my case. After a long journey, John was the reason the court case was dismissed. He was also... the reason the DMV case was dismissed. I was charged, in Westchester, with a DWI. My blood alcohol reading was two times the legal limit. John tried to do everything to resolve the case before trial. The prosecution would not compromise and so Mr. Raimondo requested a jury trial on my behalf. From the beginning it was apparent that Mr. Ra...imondo had a strategy to win my case and even though the reading was so high; that is what happened. After several days of trial, the jury found me not guilty of all charges. I never really believed that there was anyway he would be able to to get me off of these charges, but he did it. It was obvious to me that John's ability in the courtroom and the way in which he was able to communicate was the advantage he had over the prosecution. I would highly recommend john to any person, whether charged with DWI or any other crime. He is an outstanding lawyer.
