It's not clear what you mean by you have not had your settlement - what forms did you sign? Have them reviewed by a local attorney.

If you signed the agreement you have a problem, and saying you don't have money to get it fixed won't help.

I'm sure that is not what the agreement actually says. It may say something about consideration being paid of $10 - but you should not confuse that...
