No. Service on all defendants has to be accomplished within 120 days, but there is no requirement that all be served on the same day.

It probably says compliance conference held. And presumably you attended and know what happened - if you didn't you may have a problem.

In what context? If you have joint legal custody you have joint decision making. 50% of the parenting time is what it says.
