I represent insurance companies and municipal entities in the defense of various claims including commercial disputes, personal injury, and civil rights lawsuits.

I assist clients in the purchase and sale of commercial properties including former or current gasoline service stations as well as the preparation of franchise and petroleum supply agreements. In addition, I assist clients in disputes arising under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act and other claims arising between franchisees and franchisors.
