Biography
Marissa Soto began her law career as an associate with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP working on fast paced, high stakes litigation – pivotal to her client’s interests. She returned to Fried Frank in 2008 specializing in bankruptcy and progressed from a junior to a senior associate working on a number of large multi-million and billion dollar matters including Station Casinos and other out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Soto also handled a number of complex pro bono immigration matters, including asylum and VAWA cases. Ms. Soto also served as law clerk to the Honorable Martin Glenn, a United States Bankruptcy Court Judge. Marissa Soto continued at Fried Frank until early 2013. Since entering private practice, Marissa has handled will contests, immigration cases, and personal injury cases. She works with a close network of other local attorneys to ensure that the proper degree of expertise is available and applied to all cases.
