Injury atty
excellent info on my question did much more than some of the 3 word answers that I got from a few attys. He did not mind going into detail with some possibilties. Top shelf all the way for my input!
"I have known Matthew McMahon since we were classmates at St. John's University School of Law in the 1980s, and I have kept in touch with him and followed his career in the years since that time. Matt is an absolutely outstanding trial attorney in the field of personal injury litigation, including cases involving premises accidents, car accidents, construction accidents and medical malpractice. I know for a fact that he has tried many cases to verdict with excellent results for his clients, and when he settles a case before trial, he puts his client's best interest ahead of his own, as it should be. Matt knows the law, and he knows how the courts work on a daily basis. He prepares his cases for trial thoroughly. He also keeps his clients informed of what is going on in their cases and is very accessible whenever they have questions or concerns. He returns calls promptly. Although his focus is the personal injury field, Matt has represented clients in commercial litigation also."
