Thomas Nicholas Testa

I paid Mr. Testa to go to court for me and plead not guilty to two of my traffic tickets. Instead of going to court for me, he avoided my court date and my calls. I received a suspension in the mail for my license because he never showed up in court, when he said I did. It was a three day weekend thi...s happened over, so Tuesday when the courts reopened I went with my paperwork and saw the judge. They dismissed the tickets (something they would've done had my lawyer shown up in court when he was supposed to) and reinstated my license (which I would've never lost in the first place, had my lawyer whom I paid actually gone to court to fight my tickets. I had a better experience going in myself and speaking to the judge directly. I also don't appreciate lawyers who speak down to clients or don't do what you hire them to do. I would not recommend him.
