I WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS !!!!! I hired this office to dispute my speeding ticket and paid $360 back in February. My court date was originally in March but got moved to November. Even though I paid them to handle the case, I had to call and inform them of the date change. That was already a red flag.... On the day of my hearing, no one from the office contacted me at all. The next day, I called for an update and later received a voicemail—after business hours—telling me I was found guilty. Because of this, I ended up having to pay an additional $178 plus another $300 on top of what I had already paid them. For the past month and a half, I’ve been calling to speak with Harvey to understand what happened, and he still has not returned a single call. The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability is unbelievable. How can a company expect customers to trust them when they can’t even follow up or explain the outcome of a case? I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this office to anyone.

Hired this “lawyer” to help me fight a speeding ticket. However, ended up paying a fine of a few hundred bucks and points on my license. Was told “don’t worry” but that’s nonsense. Do not recommend AT ALL. Customer service is horrendous and a waste of time. Better off fighting for the ticket yourself....

They took my money, barely communicated with me. I got 8 points and a surcharge, which i had to call the office multiple times just to get that information about MY case and when they finally answered, i got cursed out by one of the ladies and hung up on because she didn’t/couldn’t explain why i got ...8 points and a surcharge.

This guy is a joke! With his smile and actin like nice is the only thing he does. To fight your ticket is the worst and he like to forgot to appear in court. The date I have to see the judge he forgot my ticket and I knew in his face he was trying to act like he knows everything with his famous phra...se DON'T WORRY!! DON'T WORRY. But he doesn't like to take serious his job. DON'T TRUST this guy. I will post this review with my name so you will know Harvey who did it.

I was given a speeding ticket on 01/20/2015 hired Mr.Rivera made my payment over the phone. Getting in touch with the office is extremely difficult. They take down your information promising a call back from Mr. Rivera but that I never received. So I went to the DMV ,to find out my case was closed on... September 2017, the agent asked me who was my lawyer and the present day is February 5,2018. I paid $233 in fines , I called the law office while in the Department of Motor Vehicle and Teresa (secretary) told me my case was dismissed and I was found not guilty of any charges. When I confronted her with the situation, she quickly responded that it was my responsibility to follow up with the office. Please, do not conduct business with this establishment.
