They took my money, barely communicated with me. I got 8 points and a surcharge, which i had to call the office multiple times just to get that information about MY case and when they finally answered, i got cursed out by one of the ladies and hung up on because she didn’t/couldn’t explain why i got ...8 points and a surcharge.

This guy is a joke! With his smile and actin like nice is the only thing he does. To fight your ticket is the worst and he like to forgot to appear in court. The date I have to see the judge he forgot my ticket and I knew in his face he was trying to act like he knows everything with his famous phra...se DON'T WORRY!! DON'T WORRY. But he doesn't like to take serious his job. DON'T TRUST this guy. I will post this review with my name so you will know Harvey who did it.

From the moment I encountered and spoke to Mr. Rivera I knew I was in good hands. He delivered as promised. Slam dunk win. As I read these comments above, I say to myself there is a lot of bitterness and malice in people’s hearts. He NEVER and I (emphasize) NEVER guarantees a winning outcome. I hired Harvey Rivera to appear on a traffic ticket. I paid him money and he told me I could leave cause he would handle everything from there. I got a letter in the mail a week later saying my court date had been adjourned for another date. I went back to court on the new date and ask Haryevy what h...ad happened and why it was moved. He told me everything was fine and that he was going to handle the ticket that day. A week later I got another letter in the mail saying that no one appeared and I was found guilt, leaving me to pay fines, get points, and also an impending suspension. I called three days in a row leaving messages for him but I never heard back. Now I will be filing a grievance with the bar association against him.

Back in 2012, a friend of mine referred me to attorney Harvey Rivera to help me dispute a cell phone ticket! On my court date, he assured me that I did not have to show up and that he will contact me the day of. I never heard from Mr. Rivera I tried several times contacting him and was never able to ...speak with him. Not until I received a letter stating my license was suspended. I literally had to show up to the DMV to confront him. He stated he will contact me with an update but of course, he never did! I constantly reached out to him and no luck! It is 2018 and I yet have heard from him. He also pled guilty to my boyfriends stop sign ticket and assured him that the ticket was dismissed. NIGHTMARE!
