First off I must say, Balwan Singh is an amazing soul. He sat with my wife and I for almost two hours discussing our immigration matters. He was loyal, courteous, honest and very diligent when he finished from his office. We were very happy with him. Today my family and I are living the American drea...m. I must thank you Mr. Balwan Singh for everything....i highly recommend Mr. Balwan Singh.

I worked with Balwan to buy my home recently (2014). Here are my critcisms of Balwan: 1). He is very unresponsive. I've emailed and called after day after day to get the deed of my house. He still hasn't responded. But he still has the audacity to contact me for money! Talk about lack of professio...nalism. 2) You have to badger him and track him down to have your questions answered. 3). He is very incompetent. I was worried about when I should deposit the down-payment for my house. He was telling me that I need to pay the down-payment in the house in matter of a week at that time. I was like, that can't be possible. I had my 17-year old son read the contract, and in the fine lines, my son found that I didn't have to pay the down-payment for another month. I was like shocked and correct Balwan Singh on the fact and the seller of my house had also pointed to the same line . Balwan regretted his mistake. Conclusion: Do not do business with this lawyer.

I have only good things to say about Balwan R. Singh. He is an attorney with excellent credentials. After he fired a disgruntled employee, a bad review review suddenly spoeared written by a do called Milton. Any good real estate lawyer would know that that is a fake review. The person does not even k...now what goes on in a real estate transaction. My family and I and countless other clients only have wonderful things to say about attorney Balwan R. Singh.

Mr Singh handled my matters with immigration and helped me with the necessary forms. He was professional and patient. When I came to his office in the Bronx he was courteous and really took his time to explain all the details. With my previous attorney, I felt rushed and pushed away before the n...ext client came in. I recommend Mr. Singh he is informative and keeps you up to date on imp. things related to the case.
