The worst lawyer you can hire. She grabs your money and then takes her time handling your case. Every time I call. It’s the same excuse. She’s busy. She not taking calls at the moment. She will get back to you shortly. Days, Weeks can go by and you don't hear from her. I’m so sick and tired of her. I...’m ready to report her to the bar and get this over with. Something must be done.

The lawyer is great friendly and very understanding. But her paralegal that is in the office. She is the worst. Rude nasty and gets back to you when she wants. You have to wait days before she decides to contact you. Get you a lawyer who is going to have people in her office who is willing to work. O...therwise you are Going to wait forever for a response. Highly upsetting to be dealing with a person like that.!

Ms Walton is a good attorney. Unlike other lawyers that tried to immediately dry me of my money and sounded to me as if I already had lost my divorce case. Ms Walton has been reasonably and at least has tried to fight for my rights. She has made every court case with one exception due to an ice stor...m. At times seems a little too quiet for my taste but she steps it up when needed so I can't complain about that. She usually keeps me informed about what is going on but can be very slow at returning phone calls. But since this case is in NYC it is ok since all the cases are 2-3 months apart. I would definitely recommend Ms Walton if you need an attorney that will help you fight for your rights without bleeding you dry.
