I initially sat with Mr. Ramirez for a free consultation regarding the closing of my home. I noticed that he was inundated with many files and calls. I truly did not believe he could take on one more file such as mine. The number of clients he has shows me that he must be doing something correct. I w...as not wrong. First he didn't charge me a cent up front. and my closing went smoothly. He tackled my violations and title issues with experience.

Mr Ramirez was excellent in his initial consultation, but after that he ignored our calls and texts for 5 days. Told us we should not sign the contract but told our broker and REO we should, and then we never heard from him again. Of course, the property owners did not bother to wait for us as we tri...ed to sort out this issue with Mr Ramirez so we missed out on a great deal and had to scramble to find a different lawyer.

This review is truthful...Jaime knows the real estate business. Based on a previous review I have to say that he doesn't take a penny before he finishes with your file unless he needs to spend out of pocket. He's done closings and L/T cases for me. He's horrible at returning calls but he gets the job... done. Yes, he's overwhelmed and has many clients but again I've hired Mr. Ramirez for several Tenants and properties over the years without regret. I guess the question is do you want the experienced attorney that can get the job completed correctly (no escrows, no errors, etc.) or do you need to be pampered?

I have had the pleasure of working with attorney Ramirez on quite a few occasions and my experience has been genuine, professional, and consistent every time. After reading the previous review, I felt compelled to explain a different and honest opinion based on numerous experiences with Mr. Ramirez.... He's a great and knowledgeable attorney in my opinion and I would Highly recommend him to anyone.
