I write this review with gratitude and much appreciation for my attorney Daniel Katzner. He helped me through a very difficult financial period. He was the 3rd attorney that I interviewed. I instantly gravitated toward selecting him as my bankruptcy lawyer because he provided all of the answers th...rough a phone call and took his time to explain things were as I would understand. In addition, he always made himself available to situations arouse were legal guidance was provided. More importantly, I was impressed with his website, which gave some background information on him on how he stayed within the Bronx Community after he graduated from college to help those that could not afford an expensive lawyer. Overall, he is a reasonable man that works with his clients. I highly recommend Daniel Katzner to anyone in need of a bankruptcy attorney.

I retained Mr. Katzner to assist me with filing bankruptcy. He explained the process clear and concisely which I appreciated. I had a garnishment that he was able to cease and also assisted me with a repossession. Both events occurred after my bankruptcy was filed and he assisted without any addit...ional charges. Mr. Katzner was a valuable, knowledgeable and affective attorney for my bankruptcy case. Alot of other attorneys try to boast their knowledge of the laws (or lack there of) with non-sensical lawyer jargon. Daniel talks to you like an adult and is honest with what he thinks is the best course of actio...n. There was a question of whether or not Chapter 7 or 13 was the best decision for me. A Chapter 7 would have been less expensive for me, but although Chapter 13 was a little more expensive for me it paid off in the long run because the payments I had to make were way more manageable than I dreamed of and I was fortunate to keep the home essentials that was needed. I highly recommend Mr. Katzner to assist anyone with their legal situations.
