Hired this man for a custody case and he did nothing but waste time and money. Called every week to “discuss the case” in reality he asked me the same questions every week and requested information that was already sent. He lost documents and rewrote statements so often that almost nothing was do...ne. On top of all that he continually blamed another counsel for these hold ups. Which came to light when that counselor replied to an email stating they haven’t had any communication with him. What’s crazier is he got mad at me about finding this out and asking for proof that he did any of the “work” he said he did. In court it was like he was a yes man to any and everything opposing counsel asked for. The only time he made any argument was the one time opposing counsel wasn’t there and framed the other parents parental alienation as just not being able to make calls to the child. And when I finally attempted to drop him from the case he lied about the filings available and tried to make me sign a document stating it was because I was difficult to work with. When I refused to sign without my grievances present he filed with the court and read a statement that said it was my fault as a difficult client as why he needed to be removed from the case.
