She will sweet talk you into pleading guilty to the top charge against you to make it easy on herself at your expense. She does not care about her clients at all. All she cares about is that she is not making enough money. She lied directly to me over several legal issues and is ethically suspect.... She never returns phone calls and did not even show to my court appearance. She had better things to do than to defend me. Ms. Fogarty is outright dishonest and should be sweeping floors and cleaning bathrooms at McDonald's not representing clients in a court of law, A horrible experience from which I may never recover. Many of her clients were sent directly to jail, others received lengthy prison sentences.
