From 2012-2020 David Kirsch worked in the Criminal Defense/Disciplinary division of Koehler & Isaacs in December, 2012 in Lower Manhattan. Mr. Kirsch served the firm in representing private clients and union-based clientele in and around the Metropolitan New York area in various Criminal, Labor, and Disciplinary actions.
Prior to joining Koehler & Isaacs, Mr. Kirsch worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County. In his six years in that capacity, he was assigned to prosecute and try misdemeanor and felony matters pending in Criminal and Supreme Court. He prosecuted cases involving: Assault, Menacing, Criminal Contempt, Domestic Violence, Weapons Possession, Prison Contraband, Narcotics (Possession and Sale), DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Grand Larceny, Burglary, Robbery, Attempted Murder and other matters, and negotiated over 1000 case dispositions.
