Aubrey Ward worked with me on a legal case about which I had little knowledge and was super-anxious about. Because of Covid I had fallen into deep debt - Aubrey’s mellow and down-to-earth temperament immediately put my mind at ease as he carefully walked me through the steps and options needed to res...olve my debt collection case. I was being sued and was afraid that the credit company was going to freeze my account. I couldn’t believe it when he told me he got the case dismissed! And he was able to settle the account for way less than what I owed. Simply put, he really knows his stuff. I am very happy that I made a connection with Aubrey and will only contact him for any future legal matters.

Having been married for almost 20 years with two children, joint property and joint investments divorce was not an easy decision. Together we did what we could to reconcile but in the end it simply did not work out. I was provided Mr. Ward’s contact information and he got back to me immediately. Beca...use of my work schedule I was not always able to talk during the day and therefore needed to discuss my situation after hours on several occasions. This was never a problem for Mr. Ward as he always seemed to greet me with an understanding ear no matter what time I reached out to him. Because of my situation I was forced to go back to court several times and often I was required to have Mr. Ward represent me without me being present! This was huge for me as I’m not sure what I would have done in this particular situation if I did not have him representing me. In the end he was able to get me exactly what I wanted and I was able to see my children on a regular basis with no issues. I was especially pleased with his fees as I had done my research prior and realized I was getting a bargain in comparison to other lawyers doing similar work. I would highly recommend Mr. Ward for divorce paperwork and proceedings and I’m happy to have chosen him during this time in my life. #Thankful

Aubrey is a cunning fox. We recently got an illegal lockout case from a family member about a lockout. I reached out to him, explained the case and showed all documents and evidence on about the case that will basically close the case. A single paper from our building management stating that we have ...not changed our locks. I sat down with Aubrey and communicated with him via text on providing the evidence. I paid $750 for 30 mins of his time just to show the evidence and close this case for my mothers health. When we got to court, instead of presenting the evidence as we talked about, Aubrey decided to act on his own by dismissing the case to the judge without prejudice instead of showing the evidence to we spoke about to CLOSE THE CASE. By dismissing it, he basically prolonged the case where it was filed again. I confronted him about what he did and why he did it. His response was "You did not tell me to do that. I did what an attorney would do." After saying that, he said to me that he does not want the second case which was sent to me after his idiotic decision on the first one. Be very, very, VERY careful with him because once you pay him he suddenly starts getting busy and unable to talk to you about a problem he started. He is not very transparent with his intention about any case, waste valuable time, not professional or care about clients personal stress and issues that are occurring because of a simple cause that could've been resolved by just SHOWING THE EVIDENCE. I do NOT recommend him to anyone. He is in for the money and doesn't care about the issues his clients are going through. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use Aubrey. There is a reason his office is always empty. There is also a reason why he always wants to schedule a time with you for a case toward the end of the day, or constantly tell you that he is busy even when the office is open and there is no one there. I do NOT recommend Aubrey Ward to anyone. The guy is a crook.

Mr. Ward is an excellent attorney. He is very down to earth and knows the law. When he does not know something, he doesn't lie or pretend to know he just honestly tells you he does not know. He finalized my divorce quickly and although my ex husband was trying to make the process difficult, he was ...able to speak to my ex and made him feel comfortable to proceed with the divorce without any more drama. Mr. Ward always answered my calls or called me back. I would highly recommend him.

As stressful and uncomfortable a divorce can be, Aubrey Ward made the process easy to follow and without any added complications. Aubrey was not only knowledgeable about the divorce process but was also helpful, responsive and empathetic. He answered all our questions and concerns always in a pleasa...nt and professional manner. He kept me informed every step of the way and went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied with his services. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
