Michael John Desantis

Mr. DeSantis represents both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, arbitration, and appeals involving a wide range of civil matters. His practice includes state and federal trial practice, and appeals with a focus on complex commercial litigation, contested estate matters, wage and hour defense, and personal injury defense.

He is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey, as well as in all Federal Courts. Michael began practicing law in 2006 when he received his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University, where he served as president of the Vanderbilt Bar Association. He received his undergraduate BS degree from Providence College.

Mr. DeSantis honed his skills at law firms in Manhattan and New Jersey for the better part of two decades before returning home to Staten Island.
