Alex helped us sell a coop apartment in Brooklyn, NY and buy a house in Lynbrook, NY. He was reasonably flexible when we had to meet and responsive to calls and emails. He answered patiently all our questions and addressed our concerns. Our situation was slightly complicated with the need to sell... and buy at approximately the same time to avoid extra expenses, and to be able to utilize our coop equity. Alex worked with us to bring the two closings closer together. With his help and some luck we only had 3 days between the closing meetings, and that , mostly, because of the bank delays. Alex was always punctual. He is pleasant to deal with. His office also provided good support with appointment confirmations and correspondence.
