Let me begin by saying I would not have been able to successfully purchase my current home if it was not for the efforts, integrity, and dedication provided by Christopher Dai. In August of 2017 I placed the winning bid on a Short Sale property. The following three months resulted in countless misst...eps and careless actions taken by the seller’s brokers and opposing lawyers – i.e.: Incomplete closing documentation, inaccurate utility fillings, and plain unprofessional actions to strong arm negotiations. – Like any first time home buyer, I was uneducated in the majority of the countless documents I was required to sign and the financial liability risk I would be assuming if the documents were not properly structured in my favor. Luckily, Chris understands every aspect of the process and not only successfully negotiated, but took his time to explain all of the risks associated with binding agreements. In the weeks leading up the required closing date of Nov 24th, Chris worked tirelessly to ensure my financial liability and property was protected to the fullest. The deal was nearly lost multiple times prior to closing, but thanks to Christopher’s persistence and dedication we sat in his office on Richmond Ave the day before Thanksgiving at 7pm signing the closing documents. To the very end Chris maintained his professionalism. I will be recommending him for years to come and will undoubtedly work with him again. - My family and I are beyond gratefully that Christopher Dai represented us.
