I was a real estate lawyer at a large, international, NYC law firm for much of my career. I now own my own private equity real estate firm, which owns several million square feet of commercial real estate. Ted is as skilled and knowledgeable as any of the senior-most partners at any law firm I've e...ver worked with. He carefully reviewed our contract, title report, and all other attendant docs, including loan docs; he negotiated a great deal for us, and did it in a pleasant way. He's a terrific lawyer, is fairly priced, and is an absolute pleasure to work with; a great sense of humor.
