From his diverse background, David brings to the table a wealth of knowledge, skills and the ability to think out of the box to find practical solutions for his clients. In New York, particularly at Balahadia & Gates PLLC, David found his niche. His mainstay area of practice is immigration. Besides this, he is able to assist clients in probate cases, drafting of will and estate planning, real estate transactions and family law cases.
