Mr. Leininger graduated Fordham Law School in 1974 with a rank of #1 in the entire Evening Division. He has been practicing law for over 40 years - the last 35 years concentrating on Divorce and Custody Matters. 100% of Mr. leininger's practice is devoted solely to Divorce, Separation, Custody, Family Court, Divorce mediation, Parental Coordination and Collaborative Divorce. Mr. Leininger has appeared on national TV and radio shows, including the Phil Donohue Show, Sallie Jessie Raphael Show, CBS Morning Show, the Today Show on the NBC network, etc.
Mr. Leininger is a member in good standing of the New York Bar, the New Jersey Bar, and the Florida Bar, and is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Family Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Leininger is also a certified Divorce Mediator.
