Maria Novak

The Law Office of Maria Novak is a multispecialty law firm. Our practice is focused in the areas of matrimonial and family law, criminal defense, and general litigation. 

Attorney Novak completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University and subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.  Since her admission to the New York State Bar, Attorney Novak has worked for a small firm engaged in general practice followed by a mid-sized firm in Manhattan that specialized in the defense of individual being sued for professional malpratice.  Attorney Novak is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

As a result of the experience Attorney Novak acquired in her early years of practice,  Attorney Novak believes that each client deserves personal attention. Accordingly, the firm's clients are always in direct communication with her.
