I have been in front of Cheryl- WeirReeves for 4-5 years as well. She has a reputation for dragging on cases. Forgets all the subpoenaed witnesses and documents are lost. I have a special needs child who needed help in education and she didn't award anything from the father who is a CEO of a company...

"Weir Reeves is a child support "magistrate" on Staten Island. On several of my cases before her, I noted that she favors certain attorneys over others. This impacts upon the manner in which she calculates child support for the non-favored attorney. I also observed her dismiss cases for downward modification for the non-appearance of the petitioner when in fact, the petitioner was waiting outside the courtroom. I also noted that Weir Reeves hardly if ever conducts a searching inquiry into the income of a parent. I have observed her impute income. I do not endorse this lawyer at all."
