I highly recommend Patrice Genco Nichas. She is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The decision to divorce is not an easy one but Ms. Nichas as well as her staff provide clear knowledge of the process and timeframe. From the initial consultation to the final granting of the divorce I was kept informed of the progress and my questions were answered clearly. I would highly recommend Patrice Nichas to anyone going through a divorce. . Divorce is not an easy process and she help you guide along smoothly. Patrice Nichas came highly recommended to me by another attorney. She is professional, thorough and organized; her staff is very pleasant to deal with. Patrice always emailed me with all updates leading up to our scheduled court dates. She always comes prepared for every court date and is always on time. At a difficult time in my life with my divorce, Patrice showed compassion and was very patient with me and explained everything step by step that eased all of the stress and anxiety that I was feeling. Excellent experience
I hire Patrice for my very contentious divorce. At the time I felt hopeless and was in desperate need of help and guidance. Patrice came highly recommend and she lived up to all expectations. I was treated like her only client. She was continually keeping me updated and was always a step ahead of the opposing attorney. I was so happy with Patrice and her staff that I recommended her to a family member and a few close friends. I would highly recommend Patrice to anyone in need of a very competent lawyer. second time around
I got divorced almost 10 yrs. ago, Mrs. Patrice Nichas was recommended by another attorney. I had to go back to court to modify a few thing. Needless to say I have NO money from the first lawyer. Mrs. Nichas knew that, she and her staff guided me step by step through the process. There were things she told me I could do on my own to save money. I would recommend highly .....

Make sure you have money!
Patrice is cold. All you are to her is a body who is willing to help pay for her children's college. She will not acknowledge you until you have paid THIS month's bill. I was unimpressed with her and found her to be out of her depth when going against a competent lawyer. She was often confused and unorganized during meetings with the other party.
