Thank God we fired him early. Every single thing he shot down and had a negative outlook on our new attorney found very useful in our custody battle. He gave passes for respondent lies and outright parent alienation and child abuse. Refused to fight and tried numerous times to make us dismiss our case. He doesn’t know what best interest means. Save your family and don’t do it. Find a good attorney, they are out there. This review was left before a finding in the case so it’s clearly not a disgruntled review after winning or losing. He is the poisonous tree. Good riddance. Even a mediocre first year law graduate would do more and better.
