Excellent staff, but Scott personally is cold and comes across uncompassioante. He is very quick on the phone and hard to return emails. He has a very demanding way of speaking with you as well, and doesn't devise a plan of execusion which I feel is necc. in any case! So many loose ends will pop up o...
