A tremendous attorney during even the most difficult times

Mr. Orgel is an outstanding attorney. He was prompt with meetings, attentive to my concerns about my case, proactive in finding a resolution that did not involve a lengthy trial and vigilant about details. He anticipated problems before they arose, circumvented potentially huge issues that popped out... of nowhere and managed to be sensitive to my emotional state while being firm with what he knew was best for the case. He did not sugarcoat things but was totally realistic while also being flexible to issues on which I was not willing to bend. In court, he was self assured, prepared and made me feel secure that I had gone with the right attorney. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Dishonest lawyer

M.r. Scott Orgel is not honest he took my 2,500 rushed me to signed the retainer, he wanted to take advantage on me by over charged me. finally he withdraw from my case. Very bad lawyer he is a Liar.

TERRIBLE ATTORNEY

This attorney did nothing but worsen my case. He charged me a lot of money and did absolutely nothing for me. Comes to find out he also charges for travel time and charged me $700 for calls and time to get paperwork together. He came to court empty handed with an empty file. He did NOT defend me i...n any matter that was bought upon in front of the judge. All he did was stand by my side and looked pretty. I would defiantly NOT recommend this attorney.

We try to educate our clients as to how to proceed. We pride ourselves on proper preparation for our cases. Regardless, we do not know who wrote this review. Notwithstanding that, whoever this person may be, we are sure that it is not an accurate representation of how we would represent any of our clients. Our office has over thirty-five years of combined experience, which we use to properly advise our clients as to how to proceed. We are knowledgeable, compassionate and aggressive when necessary. Although this client was not satisfied with our fees, we provide cost effective representation and we bill only for the time dedicated to each client. Our retainer agreements are very clear and straightforward. Each of our clients is explained and reads through the retainer agreements, so each knows exactly what he or she may be responsible to pay when hiring this office.
