Unlike other law firms, James Napoli’s law firm is willing to invest money and time in my case. The firm hired private investors to gather evidence which were not known to exist. They hired an engineering specialist to testify in court against which manufacturer and the court ultimately rule against ...the manufacturer. They also hire a medical expert to explain in court how severe the injury was in which the insurance denied the injury as being severe. I was concerned with cost of hiring the experts but the law firm told me that I don’t have to pay a penny and they would swallow the cost if they lose the case. At the end, I get many times the money than the insurance company initially agreed to settle. If you have a serious injury especially if the other party has a big insurance policy, you must to hire a law firm like Caesar and Napoli. My case was a tragedy but fortunately the other party is covered by a big insurance policy so they were able to fought for a large amount. I am truly thankful. I thank James Napoli, his lawyers and assistants for everything they have done for. I hope people get to view my review and choose wisely.
