Brian Scott Schwartz

Brian S. Schwartz began his representation of seriously injured plaintiffs in 1993 in both New York and New Jersey and has done so continuously since that time. Brian concentrates his representation on those clients who have sustained significant, life-altering injuries due to the negligence of others in the operation of motor vehicles, construction sites and the maintenance of premises. It is this focused representation that has allowed Brian to develop specialized expertise in these areas of law. Brian firmly believes in preparing each of his cases as if they are going to trial. Brian’s character and integrity can also be seen in his public service and desire to share his experiences with his community. He is proud to be a mentor with the Nassau County Bar Association where he works with children at a local middle school. The goal of this program is to provide a positive experience and to enable the student to have an understanding about professional expectations. Brian meets with an assigned student twice monthly during the school year for the duration of the child’s enrollment. Brian is a role model and shares his personal and professional experiences with the student.
